On Wednesday, 27th March, EPLO Valletta joined the Human Rights Directorate as well as CORE Platform to discuss important measures against racism and measures to respect diversity at the place of work. In her intervention, Elaine Cordina, Public Relations Officer at EPLO  referred to the European Parliament's role in the overall European policies on human rights and made reference to the Parliament's internal measures that safeguard against racism. The discussion continued in individual workshops with business representatives, social partners and policy representatives and highlighted the role of leadership in creating inclusive working environments. The aim of this activity was to contribute to the objectives of the National Action Plan Against Racism (NAPAR).
