Erasmus students from Hungary and Italy visit Europe House
EPLO Valletta continues to look forward to welcoming young Europeans at Europe House
On 24 September, EPLO Valletta hosted a group of 20 Hungarian students, together with four accompanying teachers, while on an Erasmus+ project in Malta.
The students, hailing from the Gyöngyösi Kálváriaparti Sport and Primary School were given a short presentation on the work of the EPLO and on how a European law is born, with particular emphasis on the involvement of the directly-elected MEPs in each Member State.
The discussion also focused on the benefits of being an EU Member State in particular through the acquisition of EU citizenship, free movement and participation in Erasmus.
An earlier group of 38 students from Italy, from the Istituto Superiore Carlo dell’Acqua visited EPLO on the 23rd May, also on an Erasmus exchange.
