Euroscola returns for a new season

Euroscola is once again underway this week

Euroscola

Euroscola is once again underway this week, both locally and in Strasbourg.

Before opening this new chapter, it is fitting to acknowledge the success of the previous scholastic year. A total of 631 students from 15 secondary and post-secondary schools across Malta and Gozo sat for the Euroscola test, demonstrating their interest in and understanding of the European Union and its institutions.

From these, 336 students had the unique opportunity to participate in Euroscola sessions in Strasbourg, where they experienced first-hand the work of the European Parliament. The programme provided a platform for young people to exchange views with peers from across the European Union and to engage in discussions on key European issues.

As we begin the 2025–2026 scholastic year, the European Parliament Liaison Office in Malta looks forward to another successful season of Euroscola, marked by active youth participation, learning, and dialogue on European democracy.

Schools interested in taking part in future Euroscola sessions are encouraged to contact Odette Camilleri Bonett, Youth Correspondent, for more information on how to get involved. And if we haven’t convinced you yet, click here to have a look at what previous participants had to say about their experience!
